Delete your TrackRoom account

TrackRoom is a product of Tone Tree LLC. This page explains how to delete your TrackRoom account and what data is removed.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open TrackRoom and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and content are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in

Email support@tonetree.app from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request and complete the deletion.

Delete specific content (without deleting your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete your own songs, versions, uploaded stems, and comments individually at any time — open the item and choose delete. To remove specific data you can't reach in the app, email support@tonetree.app.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our active systems:

Your account and profile — name, email address, and account ID
Songs, versions, and uploaded audio you own (stems and mixes)
Your comments and band-discussion messages
Your in-app preferences and settings

What may be kept, and for how long

Shared content: if you contributed to an album or song owned by someone else, that owner's copy of the shared work may remain so their band isn't disrupted.
Backups: deleted data is removed from routine encrypted backups on a rolling basis, within 30 days.
Legal records: we may retain limited records (for example, transaction or tax records) only where required by law, for the period the law requires.
